Zadovoljstvo nam je pobliže Vas informirati o novom projektu prekogranične suradnje iz Programa Interreg VI-A IPA CBC Croatia – Bosnia and Herzegovina – Montenegro u kojem sudjeluje JU Dom zdravlja Ljubuški, kao vodeći partner, zajedno sa projektnim partnerima: Dom zdravlja Metković (RH), Javna ustanova Dom zdravlja Zenica (BiH) i Javna ustanova Dom zdravlja Tivat (CG). Projekt nosi zanimljiv akronim RISE-UP (Rural Initiatives for Enhancement of the Preventive Care) te ima za primarni cilj osigurati jednaku dostupnost zdravstvenoj skrbi i jačanje zdravstvenog sustava uključujući primarnu zdravstvenu zaštitu.
Opći cilj projekta je poticanje suradnje između partnera iz ruralnih područja Hrvatske,
Bosne i Hercegovine te Crne Gore za poboljšanje kvalitete zdravstvenih usluga, preventivnu
zdravstvenu zaštite te dostupnost ranjivim i marginaliziranim skupinama. Taj cilj se planira ostvariti kroz nabavku potrebne medicinske opreme, vozila za patronažne timove, organizaciju edukativnih radionica za građane, predstavnike dežurnih službi i zdravstvene radnike, implementaciju novih ICT rješenja, provedbu pilot projekta, organizaciju preventivnih
sistematskih pregleda radno aktivne populacije te pružanje medicinskih usluga u kući.
Ukupna vrijednost projekta je 1.855.000,00 EUR, od čega su 85%, odnosno 1.576.750,00 EUR financijska sredstva Europske unije, a 15% trebaju osigurati projektni partneri iz vlastitih sredstava. Ukupan budžet naše zdravstvene ustanove u ovom projektu je 400.521,00 EUR, te je iznos sredstava koje je osigurala Europska unija 340.442,00 EUR.
U sklopu ovog projekta, biti će nabavljena visokovrijedna oprema kao što je: imunokemijsko-biokemijski analizator, hematološki brojač, zatim softver za radiologiju, 3D ortopan, vozilo za patronažu, digitalni logopedski set te setovi za psihološka testiranja.
Budući da je cijeli projekt usmjeren na poboljšanje preventivne zdravstvene njege, biti će organizirani preventivni sistematski pregledi za prevenciju kroničnih bolesti (hipertenzije, dijabetesa, bolesti srca i krvnih žila, bolesti bubrega i jetre te prevenciju onkoloških bolesti.)
Također, organizirati će se preventivni dentalni pregledi za predškolsku i školsku djecu, kao i preventivni pregledi vezani za ranu dijagnostiku psiholoških i govornih poteškoća kod usporenog psihomotornog razvoja djece, a osigurati će se i bolja dijagnostika psiholoških problema u odrasle populacije.
Kroz ovaj projekt će biti organizirane posjete patronažne sestre ili primalje majkama nakon poroda, gdje će moći dobiti sve potrebne informacije o njezi novorođenčeta, načinima hranjenja, presvlačenja, pravilnog držanja djeteta, itd., što će zasigurno biti od velike pomoći korisnicama ovih usluga, a nepokretni i teže pokretni pacijenti imati će priliku da u svom domu dobiju usluge fizioterapeuta koji će s njima odraditi potrebni tretman s ciljem prevencije komplikacija dugotrajnog ležanja.
Isto tako, biti će organizirana trodnevna edukativna radionica/simpozij za medicinske djelatnike na temu novih smjernica u dijagnostici bolesti dojke a organizirati ćemo i edukacije za pružanje hitnih medicinskih postupaka za opću populaciju iz mjesta udaljenijih od gradskog područja, kao i edukacije na istu temu za pripadnike ostalih hitnih službi (policija, vatrogasci itd.).
Nadamo se da će sve planirane aktivnosti biti uspješno realizirane te da će svi korisnici naših usluga u konačnici biti zadovoljni sa postignutim rezultatima.
Još jednom iskazujemo veliku zahvalnost Ministarstvu regionalnog razvoja i fondova Europske unije Republike Hrvatske na svesrdnoj podršci ovom projektu i prepoznavanju važnosti prevencije kao najboljeg načina sprječavanja i ranog otkrivanja brojnih teških i kroničnih bolesti te sprječavanja njihovih komplikacija.

We are pleased to inform you more about the new cross-border cooperation project from the Interreg VI-A IPA CBC Croatia – Bosnia and Herzegovina – Montenegro Program, in which the Public institution Healthcare Center Ljubuški is participating, as a leading partner, together with the project partners: Healthcare Center Metković (Croatia), Public institution Dom zdravlja Zenica (BiH) and Public institution Dom zdravlja Tivat (Montenergo). The project bears the interesting acronym RISE-UP (Rural Initiatives for Enhancement of the Preventive Care) and its primary goal is to ensure equal access to health care and strengthening the health system, including primary health care.
Overall objective of the project is to encourage cooperation between partners from rural areas of Croatia, of Bosnia and Herzegovina and Montenegro to enhance the quality of health services, preventive
health care and accessibility for vulnerable and marginalized groups. This goal is planned to be achieved through the purchase of the necessary medical equipment, vehicles, the organization of educational workshops for citizens, representatives of on-call services and health workers, the implementation of new ICT solutions, the implementation of a pilot project, the organization of preventive examinations of the working population and home based services.
Total value of the project is 1,855,000.00 EUR, of which 85%, or 1,576,750.00 EUR, are financial resources of the European Union, and 15% should be provided by the project partners from their own resources. The total budget of our health institution in this project is EUR 400,521.00, and the amount of funds provided by the European Union is EUR 340,442.00.
As part of this project, high-value equipment will be purchased, such as: an immunochemical-biochemical analyzer, a hematology analyzer, then software for radiology, a 3D orthopan, a vehicle for patronage team, a digital logopedic set and sets for psychological testing.
Since the entire project is aimed at improving preventive health care, preventive examinations will be organized for the prevention of chronic diseases (hypertension, diabetes, diseases of the heart and blood vessels, kidney and liver diseases, and prevention of oncological diseases.)
Also, preventive dental examinations for preschool and school children will be organized, as well as preventive examinations related to the early diagnosis of psychological and speech difficulties in children with slowed psychomotor development, and better diagnosis of psychological problems in the adult population will be provided.
Through this project, nurses or midwives will organize visits to mothers after childbirth, where they will be able to get all the necessary information about newborn care, ways of feeding, changing clothes, holding the child properly, etc., which will certainly be of great help to the users of these services; immobile and less mobile patients will have the opportunity to receive the services of a physiotherapist in their home who will perform the necessary treatment with them with the aim of preventing complications from prolonged lying down.
Also, a three-day educational workshop/symposium will be organized for medical workers on the topic of new guidelines in the diagnosis of breast diseases; training for the emergency medical procedures for the general population from rural places as well as training on the same topic for members of other emergency services (police, firefighters, etc.).
